Information you choose to share

If you contact Alicia Liu Studio by email, LinkedIn, or Fiverr, the information you provide may include your name, contact details, project or coaching needs, and any other details you choose to share.

How information is used

Information is used only to respond to inquiries, assess whether a service or collaboration is suitable, arrange agreed work, and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold to third parties.

Optional birth information

Birth date, approximate birth time, and birth city are requested only when a private-coaching client voluntarily chooses the optional Five Elements reflection. This information is not required for standard movement assessment or instruction.

Third-party services

This website links to Fiverr and LinkedIn. Their own privacy terms apply when you use those platforms. Website hosting, domain, email-routing, and basic traffic-measurement providers may process limited technical data needed to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and requests

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, legal obligations, and business records. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared, subject to applicable obligations.
